Ways to hire the right applicant for the job

Here are my suggestions for finding the best applicant for the job. The channels listed below may be a few plus or minus, but if our thought processes are aligned to pursue the requirement holistically and go backwards with an approach to where to find such candidates, which company, which location, and other questions will lead us to use the right channels to source the fit candidates.
